When Does OP-13 Come Out?
OP13 will release on August 23, 2025 in Japanese and in November, 2025 in English. The announcement came during the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 24-25 World Tour Final in Japan, marking the grand conclusion of the global tour. This set will be the 3rd Anniversary Celebration, focusing on the brothers Luffy, Ace, and Sabo. It will include new leaders for Luffy, Ace, and Sabo, and potentially Manga Rare cards for them as well, says a Reddit thread.
What Is New In OP-13?
The set introduces a brand new “Ghost Rare” rarity and showcases a collection of special cards centered on the legendary Four Emperors. Players and collections can look forward to detailed depictions of iconic figures, including the powerful Gorosei (Five Elders), the fearless Shanks, the cunning Stussy, and the captivating Uta, each brought to life with unique card designs.
How Much Will OP-13 Cost?
Booster packs will retail for $4.99 at the MSRP price. Multiplying by 24 packs per box, we can assume MSRP of OP-13 booster boxes will be around $119.76 for the English set.
